Cemented rock fill
Cemented rock fill (CRF) is used to fill extraction voids created by underground mining operations. Filling operations, including CRF, are integral parts of mining design plans. Developed in the 1960s, CRF is a widespread technique that meets specific industry needs. Although effective, the technique has undergone little technological evolution since its development. SWATcrete has developed a new and innovative approach, while maintaining the expertise of traditional methods.
